摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the practically sufficient grasping force of a mount article after shrinkage treatment by providing a polymerizable resin layer containing no fire retardant agent polymerized by the irradiation with radioactive rays to the inner surface of a hollow molded body composed of a crosslinked resin composition, which is compounded with an additive such as the fire retardant agent in a dispersed state, crosslinked by the irradiation with radioactive rays to form a composite and enlarging the diameter of this composite to impart heat shrinkability thereto. CONSTITUTION:Ethylene glycol dimethacrylate is used as a radiation polymerizable resin and injected in a base material tube by a pressure pump 7 to uniformly coat the inner surface of said tube. This composite tube is irradiated with ionizable radioactive rays by an electron beam accelerator and the ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer being the base resin of the base material tube constituting the composite tube is crosslinked and the ethylene glycol dimethacrylate applied to the inner surface of the base material tube is polymerized. Next, the composite tube is heated to the m.p. of the ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer and that of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate or more and difference pressure is applied to the tube so that the outer surface of the tube becomes negative pressure to enlarge the diameter of the composite tube according to a continuous diameter enlarging method.
