A writing and drawing set (1) has a support plate (3) and a writing and drawing arrangement in the form of a dot-shaped light source (5). The support plate (3) is provided with a phosphorescent layer (7) so that a dot-shaped light beam (9) striking the phosphorescent layer (7) creates a corresponding shining dot in the phosphorescent layer (7). By moving the dot-shaped light source (5), corresponding images, figures, drawings, text and the like can be created, which disappear again by themselves after a predeterminable time. <IMAGE>
