PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform a wiring and winding operation with two wire materials tied up at an arbitrary position on the same bobbin simultaneously by a method wherein at least a pair of nozzles, consisting of a nozzle which moves along a frame body and another nozzle which swingingly moves in the direction crossing at right angles to the moving direction of the nozzle at the prescribed position, are provided for a spindle. CONSTITUTION:When an arm 1 is moved to the prescribed position, a piston rod is protruded, and a frame body 5 and nozzles 15 and 19 are rotated at the angle of 90 deg.. The nozzle 15 is shifted in the direction getting closer to the nozzle 19 or in the direction where it is getting away from the nozzle 19, and the interval between the two nozzles is adjusted in such a manner that it is brought into coincidence with the interval of terminals 50a. At this time, when the nozzle 15 is shifted to a point passing the nozzle 19, a shaft 16 is rotated together with a bracket 21 by the cam body 20 which is moved with a sliding rod 8. A holder 18 and the nozzle 19 are swingingly moved upward, and the nozzle 15 passes under the nozzle 19. When the prescribed interval is obtained between nozzles 15 and 19, the movable arm 1 moves in the vertical and horizontal directions, the nozzles 15 and 19 are rotated around the terminal 50a, and wire materials 51 and 52 are wound on the terminal 50a. |
