<p>The invention refers to a 2-cycle engine having an oiling system employed for supplying lubricating oil directly to a point to be lubricated whereas air is supplied into the crank chamber through an air intake passage containing a reed valve with the improvement that the air intake passage is provided with an oil spray nozzle the nose portion of which opens into the intake passage upstream of the reed valve. Preferably the oil is supplied to the oil spray nozzle from the bottom portion of the crank case of the engine.</p>
