PURPOSE:To lower the number of assembly works and reduce the deformation of a guide surface against loads in respective directions, by constituting the guide surface within a tool body through the integral and overall fixing in fusion-attachment of an anti-wear quality hard material different in kind from a metal constituting the tool body. CONSTITUTION:A metal part constituting a guide surface is imbedded within casting sand, and melted casting metal is poured into the space of a bed 1 formed within the casting sand, and contact onto the surface of the metal part is made, and the metal part near surface is integrally melted with a melting heat, and being taken out of the casting sand is done. Accordingly, the bed 1 is made of a casting material, and the guide surface 2 is of a steel material, and border surfaces become integral through the making of a fusion-attachment surface 3, and a heat treatment and grinding are made after being cast. An upward component force and the like are generated at a ball bearing 6 by the operation of thrust or the like, and these forces deform the guiding surface in directions pulling upward and the like. However, as the guide surface 2 is joined in fusion-attachment, deformation is very rare. |
