A fired product utilizing incineration ash is provided. An ash obtained by incinerating waste is mixed with a clay in the ratio 5:95 - 95:5 by weight. A method of producing a fired product utilizing an incineration ash is also provided. The method includes, in combination, a mixing step for refining and mixing the ash obtained by incinerating waste with a clay to obtain a stock material, a molding step for molding the stock material by pressing to obtain a molded product or granulating the stock material by extrusion to obtain a granulated product; a drying and firing step for drying and firing the molded product or the granulated product to obtain a fired product; and a grinding step for finely grinding the fired product obtained in the drying and firing step.
