PURPOSE:To prevent the output of error data even when data are read in a specified time period by connecting a discharge circuit to an input terminal, which circuit operates at a specified electric potential. CONSTITUTION:A discharge circuit 8 for sense-AMP which operates at a specified potential is connected to an input terminal 6 of a sense-AMP 1. When the non-conduction state of a transistor 9 continues, the potential of the input terminal 6 of the sense-AMP 1 rises. When the potential of the input terminal 6 of the sense-AMP 1 reaches a specified value, the discharge circuit 8 operates and decreases the potential of the input terminal 6. As the result, the potential of the input terminal 6 of the sense-AMP 1 is kept at a specified value. Thereby the output of error data can be prevented even when data are read in a specified time period. |
