A thermoset resin compsn. for electric articles used in highvoltage comprises: (A) 45-85 wt.% of three component prereactant obtd. by prereacting bisphenol-A type epoxy resin, polybutadiene and tetrabromo bisphenol-A at high temp.; (B) a resin cong. 15-55 wt.% of alliphatic eposy resin; (C) 45-65 wt.% the mixt of epoxy base reactive dilution agent, curing catalyst, acid anhydride based curing agent and a compostie filler comprising alumininm hydroxide, crystallic silica and antimon oxide. The resin compsn. is useful for high-voltage electric parts, e.g. ignition coil, flyback trasformer for TV etc.
