PURPOSE:To uniformly foam foaming beads near a core by supplying steam and cold water in order into the core arranged in a die after packing the foaming beads into cavity. CONSTITUTION:After setting the hollow core 7 to a fixed die 1, by ascending a movable die 2, both dies 1, 2 are clamped. After that, the foaming beads are packed in the cavity 5. Then, the steam is supplied into steam chambers 11, 12 through steam holes 3a, 4a, and also supplied into a hollow part in the core 7 through a steam supplying pipe 9a. After that, the cooling water is supplied into the core 7 through the cooling water supplying pipe 9b. By this method, heating and cooling of the core can be freely executed. |
