Thermoplastic composition containing from 50 to 95 % by weight of styrene polymer A and from 5 to 50 % by weight of at least one ethylene homopolymer or copolymer B, characterised in that the said ethylene homopolymer or copolymer is grafted with at least one vinylaromatic hydrocarbon. Process for the preparation of a composition in accordance with one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that it consists in polymerising the constituent monomer(s) of polymer A in the presence of a previously ozonised ethylene homopolymer or copolymer B.
