PURPOSE:To contrive the high speed of switching and to prevent a malfunction by connecting a serial circuit, which is obtained with serially connecting a diode functional element to a resistance, to the section between the base of a first transistor(TR) and either one of an emitter or a collector. CONSTITUTION:The serial circuit obtained by serially connecting a diode connection TR (diode functional element) D1 to a resistance R1 is connected to the section between the base of a switching TR TR1 and a ground G. Since charge accumulated at a coupling capacity CBE is discharged by a current approximately 40 times of an initial current (0.02muA), IC1 flowing through the TR1 is sharply decreased, and the TR1 is turned off at high speed. Thus, the fast response of the switching is attained. |
