The device is designed to retain a window shutter. The carrying part of the device is a bolt (1) which is anchored into the wall before the start of the plaster work. When the plaster work is finished all the other parts, such as covering bushing (13), rosette (10), stop (17) and spring loaded catch (12) are fitted subsequently.
