<p>PURPOSE:To constitute a magnetic path by using an armature and a yoke, and increase attractive force by providing a flat plane type yoke penetrating a coil, and a flat plane type armature facing the surface of a yoke in the plate thickness direction so as to be able to approach to and leave from the surface, which armature is retained on one end side of the coil so as to be rockable in the plate thickness direction. CONSTITUTION:A yoke 2 is constituted in a flat plane type penetrating a coil 1. For example, it is constituted in a flat U-shape by using magnetic material; an armature 3 is retained on one end side of the coil 1 so as to be able to rock in the direction of plate thickness, and is constituted in a flat plate which faces the surface of plate thickness direction of both end-portions of the yoke 2, so as to approach to and leave from the surface. Thereby, a thin type electromagnet which is thin in the operating direction of the armature can be offered, and the contact area can be enlarged, so that the attractive force can be increased. Since a magnetic path can be formed by the yoke and the armature, no magnetic loss exists and magnetic efficiency is improved, as compared with the case where the magnetic path is formed by using three material members.</p> |
