PURPOSE:To obtain the subject adhesive, consisting of a carboxyl group- containing acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, alkylphenolic, epoxy resins, etc., and excellent in electrocorrosion resistance and preservation stability. CONSTITUTION:The objective adhesive obtained by blending (A) 39-70wt.% carboxyl group-containing acrylonitrile butadiene rubber with <=20ppm metallic ion impurity content with (B) 10-40wt.% alkylphenolic resin (e.g. p-cumylphenol), (C) 5-50wt.% epoxy resin, (D) 1-10wt.% electroless plating catalyst consisting of metallic palladium and/or salts thereof and (E) a coupling agent having ethylenic or vinyl group at (0.05:10)-(5:10) solid weight ratio thereof to the component (D).
