<p>Any type of (STI-STIII, etc.) rebar rod enters the alignment rollers (2A), (2) and (3) of the automatic banding machine, assisted by feed rollers and arrives at the bending point (7) by way of a perforated fixed oval blade (13), after which the rebar rod or band is shaped using the pins (II), which move to the right or left depending on the shape of the band or rod and after final shaping of the band or rod, is cut with the aid of an axle (10) which possesses a second scissor blade at its end. This process can be repeated for as many times as the computer is programmed.</p> |
