PURPOSE: To obtain a preventive for an infectious sexually transmitted disease to be used for bringing it into contact with mucosa, comprising an active ingredient for sealing MST-transmitting viruses and bacteria and a substance for controlling the permeation of the active ingredient through mucosa. CONSTITUTION: This preventive comprises at least one active ingredient (e.g. cholate) for sealing MST-transmitting viruses, bacteria a component (e.g. filmogen to be bonded to the active ingredient to form a membrane) for controlling the permeation of the active ingredient through mucosa, further a dispersant (e.g. silicone-based compound having inhibitory action on permeation) and a medicinal vehicle suitable for local administration. The medicine is optionally mixed with a spermicide. The medicine is used together with a vaginal tampon having a small channel playing a role of at least insertion and extraction and protects a local part of a female vagina having high degree of injection.
