摘要

NEW MATERIAL:Hybridoma capable of producing such monoclonal antibody as to suppress the fibrinolytic action of human alpha2-plasmin inhibitor by specifically recognizing the plasmin's fibrinolytic action inhibiting site in human alpha2-plasmin inhibitor. USE:Production of monoclonal antibody specifically recognizing the plasmin's fibrinolytic action inhibiting site in human alpha2-plasmin inhibitor but recognizing neither plasmin-bound site nor fibrin-bound site. PREPARATION:The objective hybridoma can be obtained by the Kohler-Milstein process.
