PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a miscommand even when an SEU due to cosmic radiant rays is generated by repeating command data processing twice. CONSTITUTION:The decoded result of a decoding circuit for receiving a command signal 12 from an input circuit 1 and decoding the command signal 12 is stored twice. The 1st stored contents are fed back to the input circuit 1, the input circuit 1 is allowed to generate a decoding trigger again, the 1st stored contents are collated with the 2nd one, and when both the contents coincide with each other, a command is outputted. Even when a phenomenon (SEU) inverting the state of an internal circuit due to cosmic radiant rays is generated, the output of a miscommand can be prevented. |
