Feedstuff which comprises at least one proteinaceous agricultural waste product or by-product having a high lignocellulose content, and process for producing this feedstuff. The agricultural waste product or by-product, as which sunflower seed extraction meal or sunflower seed press meal come into question, is admixed with a digesting ferment and a vegetable wetting agent and this product is ground to a mean particle size between 1.5 and 0.2 mm. During production, the ferment and the wetting agent are added prior to the grinding. |
