PURPOSE:To suppress an excess of control, at the time of controlling an inverter frequency to move a load, by reversing an input signal to an effective power regulating means after the completion of the movement of a load and by making the input signal quantity larger than that before the inversion of polarity. CONSTITUTION:A switch 21 is closed when an inverter 1 closes a switch 4 during a supply of power. At the time of the movement of a load, the frequency of the inverter 1 is lowered, the corrected quantity of the frequency is inputted to a regulating circuit 15, the output of the regulating circuit 15 becomes a frequency-lowering signal by V/F converter 16 to lower the output frequency of the inverter 1, and the electric current of the inverter 1 decreases gradually so that the corrected quantity of the current becomes zero. However, when the output of the regulating circuit 15 is retained, power flows backward after the output of the inverter 1 became zero. When the polarity of the corrected quantity is inverted by the reverse power, the frequency rises with a large restoring force. |
