The invention relates to a urinal for males. In order to facilitate use by persons of different heights, in particular including children, the device comprises a support 4 which can be fixed on a partition or a wall 3, a frame 6, 7 to which the bowl 2 of the urinal is fixed, and means for moving the bowl vertically along the support, it being possible for these means to comprise a motor 9, a crank 10, pinions 11, 12 and a rack 14. The whole mechanism is advantageously protected by a cowl which can form a shell, made for example of moulded synthetic material, and in which the bowl 2 is formed. A washstand is preferably incorporated in the device, and it can move vertically with the bowl and is advantageously situated just above the latter. Water is delivered and liquids removed preferably with the aid of flexible tubing equipped with a winder. <IMAGE>
