6-Alkenyl-alkynyl-cycloalkyl-aryl or aralkyl-2'-o-alkyl adenosive derivs. of formula (I) is new. In (I), R1 = allyl, methalyl, (3-7C) alkinyl (3-8C) cycloalkyl, phenyl, mono or substd. by (halogen with an atomic number of 9 to 35, 1-4C (alkyl, alkoxy) or CF3) or phenyl (2-4C) alkyl where the phenyl ring is opt. mono or disubstd. by halogen with an atomic number of 9-35, 1-4C (alkyl, alkoxy) or CF3; R2 = H, 1-4C alkyl, 3-5C cycloalkyl or halogen with atomic number of 9-35; R3 = 1-4C alkyl.
