PURPOSE: To minimize an amount of a material required in the case of spin casting a microcellular foam tire by positioning a tension member in a mold so that the member is partly leaked by a flow of introducing a premixed fluid component and the member is disposed at a passage of a foam material in the case of overflowing the member from the mold to expand. CONSTITUTION: Opposed annular taper walls 26 are provided at an inner periphery and outer periphery of a mold. And, annular grooves are provided at pressing plate 27, and its side wall has a corresponding taper. A tension member is suspended in the mold to a support 11 approaching to and isolated from a circumferential direction for interrupting a continuity of a gate 9. And, a liquid material 12 leaks the tension member 10 aligned with a center of a gate opening, and adheres thereto. When most of the material forms an outer layer 30 and a foam 31 starts to be formed at an outer wall of the mold, an outer layer 32 and the foam are formed around the member 10. |
