The process permits the inter-coordinating of several images of the same object (U), obtained either by transmitted light, or by photographic type systems, on one or more image planes (PI1, PI2), from at least two sources (R1, R2), by giving the position in space of each ray forming each image point. A group (M) of five points at least, referred to as "markers", four coplanar and one exterior (S), can be associated with the object. The traces of these points on the various images can then serve to define the position in space of the sources (R1, R2) and of the image planes (PI1, PI2) relative to the system of "markers" (M). More generally, points of the object in a sufficient number and which are identifiable but of unknown positions may be used to define completely the positions in space of the system as a whole. <IMAGE> |
