The paint spray cabin has air ventilation system of which the air speed outflow is equal or greater than air speed moving along vehicle to be sprayed. The cabin (1) has vertical side walls (2) bottom (3) and ceiling (4). Air ventilation system has compressed air system (6) with distributor (7) and full ventilating system (8) in ceiling (4). Air is fed via apertures (9) into air discharge duct (10) to recirculate to supply duct. To avoid air turbulence, ceiling has sloping section (11) in which lighting boxes (12) are fitted with adjacent outflow nozzles (13) which are downwards directed.
