PURPOSE:To speed up specification and generation of a load module by coupling the utilization information of a purpose program with the purpose program and setting the information in a utilization information setting means. CONSTITUTION:When a purpose program 21 is updated in a purpose program updating means 1A, the purpose program 21 to be updated and utilization information 22 are designated and outputted from a utilization information setting means 2 and an analyzing means 41 extracts a load module 31 to be generated out of these purpose program 21 and utilization information 22 which are coupled with this purpose program. Further, the analyzing means 41 reads the load module 31 to be generated and coupling edition information 32, which are coupled with this load module, from a coupling edition information setting means 3 and newly generates a load module 5 by a generating means 42. Thus, the update of the purpose program and the load module to be updated by this update of the purpose program can be known.
