PURPOSE:To diagnose the performance of the title power generating plant with high reliability by executing the performance diagnosis when sufficiently set performance diagnosing measurement data can be collected for fixed time by mode number changing timing. CONSTITUTION:A performance diagnosing mode deciding means 4 is equipped with a plant setting deciding means d2 from a plant set state deciding means 2 and plant setting time d3, which are generator output setting time and main steam and reheat steam temperature setting time, from a plant setting time measuring means 3 and decides collecting timing for the performance diagnosing measurement data and executing timing for the performance diagnosis. A performance diagnosing means 6 is decided by the performance diagnosing mode deciding means 4, receives a performance diagnosis execution command d6 to be outputted, takes in performance diagnosing collected measurement data d7 collected and retained by a performance diagnosing measurement data collecting means 5, and executes the performance diagnosis. Thus, the diagnosis can be executed only when the plant is set, and process measurement data necessary for the performance diagnosis can be collected for necessary time, and the performance can be diagnosed under the optimum conditions. |
