PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for any pre-charge and to attain high speed switching of a signal by supplying a potential obtained at a reference level generating circuit keeping a level of a signal line at a time as a reference potential applied to an inverting input terminal of a differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:An output of a reference potential generating circuit 13 keeping a level of a signal line fed back positively by a differential amplifier 12 at a time and generating a reference potential from the kept level is given as a reference potential of the differential amplifier 12. Even when the level of the signal level changes from a low to a high level not only the level change from low to a high level, the differential amplifier 12 applying positive feedback is made effective. Thus, it is not required to apply precharge to the signal line, and excess clock cycle for precharge is eliminated and the system speed is quickened. |
