PURPOSE:To decide whether or not the transmission characteristics of a line to be tested are distorted by inputting a synthesized voice to a voice recognition circuit through the line to be tested and calculating the similarity between the synthesized voice and a synthesized voice which is registered previously. CONSTITUTION:A voice synthesizing circuit 1 synthesizes a voice 11 with the trigger signal 13 of a key part 5 and inputs it as an input voice 10 to the voice recognition circuit 2 through an output terminal 7, a circuit 20 to be tested, and an input terminal 6. The voice recognition circuit 2 calculates the similarity between the input voice 10 and the synthesized voice which is already registered as a standard pattern in the voice recognition circuit 2 with the trigger signal 12. The recognition result and similarity are outputted as a measurement result 12 to a control part 3 and the measurement result 12 is outputted as display data 14 to a display part 4. Then it is decided through the display part 4 whether or not the transmission characteristics of the line 20 to be tested are distorted. |
