PURPOSE:To uniformly spread high melting point particles between ceramic base plates, etc. as matting powder, by a method wherein a layer of particles, that have a high melting point and do not melt at the firing temperature of ceramic, is formed on a surface of a sheet of paper or plastic sheet that is combustible and does not shrink during firing of ceramic. CONSTITUTION:Carbon powder 3 is uniformly mixed into raw plastic material 2 to form a raw sheet, and the raw sheet is dried to such an extent that its surface is still adhesive. Al2O3 particles 4 are stuck to the surface of the sheet by electrostatic painting, and the sheet is completely dried to produce a thick sheet 1. |
