PURPOSE:To secure a comfortable heating effect by installing a partial temperature regulating radiator independently of an engine cooling radiator, and constituting cooling water discharged out of this radiator so as to be fed to a vehicular partial temperature regulating member via a selector valve. CONSTITUTION:When it is applied to a car seat 10 as a vehicular partial temper ature regulating member, a part of cooling water of an engine 1 is constituted so as to be led to a partial temperature regulating radiator (sub-radiator) 2 being cooled by an air flow to be fed out of a motor fan 2a, delivering cooling water out of this sub radiator 2 to be side of a selector valve 3, and to be fed to a flexible temperature regulating pipeline 13 embedded in the seat 10. The cooling water after passing through this pipeline 13 is put back to an engine cooling radiator 6 by a pipeline 4e. On the other hand, the selector valve 3 is controlled according to each output of a first temperature sensor 14 detecting temperature in and around a seat taking surface and a second tempera ture sensor 5 detecting cooling water temperature after passing through the sub-radiator. |
