PURPOSE:To control it in a small facility by mixing a clay lump and quick lime together by a mixing device, and effecting water to the mixed matter, and thus producing a clay slurry in grain refining the clay lump through the reaction heat of the quick lime. CONSTITUTION:A clay lump 15 is supplied with quick lime 16, and the clay lamp 15 and the quick lime 16 are mixed within a mixer 9. In the next place, water 17 being an inherent optimal moisture content rate or more of various kinds of clay lumps 15 is dispersed from a water vessel 11. As a result, the quick lime 17 and the water 17 may react, resulting in producing calcium hydroxide, however, extremely high reaction heat may generate at this time. And, the clay lump 15 is expanded and thus becomes fragile by the reaction heat, therefore, the clay lump 15 is grain-refined in a short time. Further, the grain- refined clay lump 15 and the water 17 remained therein are mixed within the mixer 9, and then a clay slurry 6 having fluidity is controlled therethrough. |
