PURPOSE:To always and surely acquire an opposite subscriber for the execution of communication by discriminating a resident place of an opposite subscriber from storage information of a subscriber information storage means and applying connection control of a satellite line to acquire a subscriber terminal equipment corresponding to the resident place. CONSTITUTION:A subscriber registers an earth station number of a moving destination and a subscriber terminal number to a subscriber information registration memory 3a of a control station AA1 while corresponding them to its own ID number. When a call by a subscriber, the earth station number and the terminal number corresponding to the ID number are read from the memory 3a to connect the line. Thus, even when a called subscriber moves anywhere or the caller subscriber does not no the moving destination, the caller subscriber surely acquires the opposite subscriber to make a call. |
