PURPOSE:To improve softness for the absorption of the oozing tissue liquid and improve the adhesiveness with a broken surface and accelerate the skin formation by carrying out the reducing agent treatment after the reconstruction of a soluble collagen into tissue and carrying out preparation by introducing bridges in artificial ways according to necessity. CONSTITUTION:Soluble collagen, and collagen from which the hetero peptide in the particle terminal part is removed, or the collagen added with the joining composition, e.g., bone forming protein, hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulfate, viscous protein fibronectine, osteonectine, etc. is dissolved into a neuitrallizing buffer solution, and the pH is adjusted to neutral. Said solution is filtered and sterilized, and poured into a flat plate vessel placed horizontally, and formed into a gel form. The obtained gel is kept in the neutral buffer solution, and treated by the weak reducing agent such as hydrogenated boric composition, preferably the hydrogenated sodium borate. In order to increase the strength and softness of a bridged collagen sheet 6, bridge is introduced in artificial ways by the bridging agent such as hexamethylene diisocyanate, besides the stabilization of the biological bridge by the reducing agent. |
