MOLDING AND PREPARATION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To enhance decorative properties and durability by forming a logo sheet by welding the base material part thereof to a molding main body by high frequency heating and arranging the surface of the logo sheet on the almost same plane as the surface of the molding main body. CONSTITUTION:A molding main body 4 is obtained by the injection molding of a vinyl chloride resin and has a rectangular cross-section wherein a thickness is 2-3mm and a width is about 80mm. A logo sheet B consists of a base material 1, logo 2 and a coating layer 3 and the base material 1 is a sheetlike article composed of a vinyl chloride resin. The logo 2 is a decorative part on which a character '4WD' is printed by silver-white ink and printed on the base material 1. The coating layer 3 is a protective layer composed of a transparent acrylic resin covering the surface of the base material 1 inclusive of the logo 2. The logo sheet B is constituted by welding the part of the base material 1 thereof to the molding main body 4 by high frequency heating and the surface of the logo sheet B is arranged almost on the same plane as the surface of the molding main body.
