PURPOSE:To obtain a capacitor whose electric properties such as insulation resistance and dielectric loss are not degraded even if it is prepared by sintering in low oxygen partial pressure in order not to cause oxidation of Cu electrodes by adding a reduction preventing agent for a specific Pb-containing composite perovskite to a Pb-containing composite perovskite dielectric porcelain material. CONSTITUTION:The title composition is comprised of mainly Pb(Mg1/3Mo2/3)O3 + Pb(Zn1/3Mo2/3)O3 + PbTiO3 in a prescribed ratio of the three components and component having a formula (I) for a reduction preventing agent for Pb composite perovskite. In the formula (i), 0<=a<0.2; 0.1<=b<0.55; 0<=c<0.4 (molecular ratio) and R stands for Mg, Ca, Sr, and/or Ba. In the case of <0.05wt.% of the addition amount of the reduction preventing agent for the Pb composite perovskite, the dielectric is reduced and insulation resistance is degraded and in the case of >40wt.%, the reduction preventing agent is melted before the material is sintered, resulting in deformation of the ceramic. As a result, even when the ceramic is sintered in reductive atmosphere, its insulation resistance is prevented from degrading. |
