PURPOSE:To aim at determining injection quantity by sealing the vicinity of an air vent hole erectly provided facing upward, evacuating from this point, injecting from an injection port facing downward at low pressure and speed and separating the injection nozzle from the injection port gradually. CONSTITUTION:The injection port 20 and the air vent hole 21 of a case 4 are erectly provided at a supporting base 26 facing downward and upward respectively, and the case 4 is pressed by a pressing board 47 provided with the through hole 48 of an axis 6 and a recessed part 49. Hereupon, the outer end faces of a bearing housing 12 and the end face of a case main body 2 are sealed with a first and a second sealing members 501, 502 provided at the pressing board 47 and evacuation is performed by means of a vacuum pump 53. In this state, an injection nozzle 34 provided at the ring protrusion of the supporting base 26 is pressed to the injection port 20 through a seal ring 39 from a viscous fluid supply source 57, injection is performed from the viscous fluid supply source at low pressure and speed, and after the stop of injection, the injection nozzle is gradually separated from the injection port 20 under evacuation. The phenomenon of stringness is thus prevented and injection quantity can be determined. |
