摘要

Amino acid-specific proteases exhibit an excellent washing effect, and the presence of nonspecific protease reduces the washing effect. An improved washing effect can be observed when the preparations comprising mixtures of proteases are purified so that they only contain specific proteases. It can even be seen that purified specific proteases are far superior to the nonspecific proteases which are nowadays used in detergents.
