SEPARATOR FOR ZINC-BULER CELL AND METHOD OF ITS PRODUCTION

The solution concerns the separator of the zinc-pyrolusite cell, with which the chemical treatment of the natural amyl and binding component on the base of cellulose is carried out directly in the suspended matter suitable for coating of the base separator paper, whose composition after drying provides a separator suitable for universal cells designed for both rapid and successive discharge. The separator is formed by a paper carrier and separation layer, which is adjacent to it and contains the amyl, matter on the base of cellulose, and matters influencing its chemical and mechanical properties. The chemical treatment of the amyl and matter on the base of cellulose takes place simultaneously with the netting chemical reaction with epichlorohydrin.
