The invention relates to a supporting and tilting apparatus for the transportation of containers and other holding equipment or implements by means of a transportation vehicle, such as, for example, a tractor, a fork-lift truck or the like. The apparatus comprises a flat frame structure with a supporting frame and tilting frame which can be slid under the implement (25) to be picked up, into guides (26).
