PURPOSE:To prevent the fluctuation of the distance between a beating position and a cloth fell and the variation of the pile height by driving and controlling the beating position to a specific position in the case of changing the weaving pattern from a border weaving part to a pile weaving part. CONSTITUTION:In the case of changing a weaving pattern from a border weaving part to a pile weaving part, the beating position is driven and controlled by a beating transfer apparatus 2 to the 2nd blind beating position B after the 1st blind beating position A according to the transfer distance of the cloth fell P1 toward the backside. The distance between the position B and the cloth fell P2 is made to be nearly equal to the distance between the position A and the cloth fell P1. |
