Its body is obtained by folding the blank along prefolding lines 2 to 5 and 22 to 25; by arranging the side portions 6, 7, 10 and 11 side by side, whilst the corner portions 14 to 17 are placed facing the side portions 10 and 11, which brings each of the tongues 18 to 21 opposite one of the elongate openings 34 to 37; and by folding back the edge portions 26 and 27 towards the inside of the body along the prefolding lines 12 and 13, which makes the respective tongues pass through the respective openings, the side portions thus being held adjacent to each other. <IMAGE>
