PURPOSE:To reduce a cell array area by arranging pair digit line sets connected to the same sense amplifier at a part at uneven adjoining effect so as to pinch the part at regular intervals. CONSTITUTION:At the part where a backing contact 109 of the high resistance wiring and low resistance wiring of respective digit lines D0 to the inverse of D3 exist and whose width is broad, a second pair digit line pair 103 and a sense amplifier 107 are provided so as to pinch said part. Thus, the effect of crosstalk due to coupling capacity received from the adjoining digit line and a cell plate can be made even and equal for the all pair digit line pairs 101 to 104 in a matrix, and by spreading the line pairs all over the parts where the periodicy of the intervals at the section with the adjoining digit lines is broken and the intervals are broad, and by arranging a pair of the pair digit lines and the sense amplifier, and as a result, the area of the cell array part can be reduced. |
