<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject sheet capable of preventing the attaching or fixing of snow or ice simply by sticking the sheet on the object by successively forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a base sheet and a specific de-icing layer on a releasing sheet in the order. CONSTITUTION:The objective sheet can be produced by laminating a releasing sheet 1 with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2, a base sheet 3 and a de-icing layer 4 composed of a composition composed mainly of (A) a copolymer having hydroxyl group and, as necessary, other reactive group and composed essentially of (i) a fluoroolefin and (ii) a hydroxyl-containing vinyl monomer copolymerizable with the component (i), (B) a silicone compound expressed by formula (n is 6-300; k and m are 0-6; l is 0 or 1; j is 1 or 2; Y is carboxyl, hydroxy, etc.) and containing a group reactive with the hydroxyl group in the copolymer A or with other reactive group or containing a hydroxyl group and (C) a polyisocyanate compound.</p> |
