<p>PURPOSE: To simplify a system and to keep its cleanness by rotating first and second valve shafts to second positions respectively by means of first and second means in response to further rotation of a cam plate in a double block and a bleed system. CONSTITUTION: In response to rotation of a cam plate in a transmission assembly T, valve shafts 28, 30 are interlocked with each other and rotated so as to open valve elements 18, 20 of first and second block valves 14, 16, so that food fluid is let flow from a pipe line 22 to a pipe line 26. When the cam of the transmission assembly T is rotated further, the valve elements 18, 20 are closed, and a chamber 12 is separated between the pipe lines 22, 26, and a CIP (clean in place) device 42 is operated so as to open a bleed valve 38, and then, the CIP fluid is introduced into the chamber 12 so as to clean the inside, and then, discharged from a port 40. In this way, the pipe line can be simplified, while a compact operation device can be used, and cleanness of the pipe line can be maintained.</p> |
