PURPOSE:To obtain a stable pasty agent for artificial kidney perfusion, having a viscosity in a specific range, not causing solid-liquid separation, containing an electrolytic compound and water in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:A pasty agent for artificial kidney perfusion containing an electrolytic compound 30-70wt.% solid content comprising electrolytic compounds NaCl, KCl, CaCl2, MgCl2 and CH3COONa and 20-70wt.% water and having 1,000-7,000cps viscosity. The preparation is prepared by blending an aqueous solution of an electrolytic compound except NaCl with NaCl fine powder and kneading or uniformly blending the whole electrolytic compounds, adding water and pulverizing a mixture of the electrolytic compound and water. The blending ratio of the electrolytic compounds is 50.0-90.0wt.% NaCl, 0-5.0wt.% KCl, 1.5-4.0wt.% CaCl2.2H2O, 1.0-3.0wt.% MgCl2.6H2O and 4.0-45.0wt.% CH3COONa.3 H2O. |
