PURPOSE:To form a lightening section, and to reduce the usage of the stock solution of a foaming synthetic resin by shaping a core die by an air mat. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 2 is disposed along the bottom force 12 of a foam molding tool 11 composed of the bottom force 12 and a top force 13. A frame 3 and a core mold 14 consisting of an air mat are inserted into the skin material 2, the stock solution of a foaming synthetic resin is injected into the skin material 2, and a foam 8 is foam-molded integrated with the skin material 2, the frame 3 and the core mold 14 consisting of the air mat, thus acquiring a desired foam 1 integrated with skin material. Accordingly, a lightening section can be formed by the air mat 14 as the core mold, thus remarkably reducing the usage of the stock solution of the foaming synthetic resin, then lightening the foam 1. |
