PURPOSE:To ensure a sure commodity delivery process and to store the accurate customer data by inputting the customer data to an order receiving terminal equipment via a customer and instructing a derivery of the commodity to a derivery center direct to constitute a non-shop sales system. CONSTITUTION:In order receiving terminal equipment 101, a commodity orderer chooses an optional commodity based on the commodity information displayed on a CRT display device 31 of the equipment 101 and operates the selection key of an operating device 35 to order the commodity. Thus the input of the customer data is possible to a handwritten character input device 6 of the equipment 101. Then the orderer inputs the customer data with handwriting via the device 6. Thus the input characters are coded by a recognizing device 22, and this customer data is sent to a center equipment 100 together with the commodity information. When the equipment 100 receives the customer data from the equipment 100, the equipment 100 stores the data in a data base 104 and at the same time produces the order data showing the orderer and the receiver to give it to a controller 103 set at the delivery side. |
