PURPOSE:To form a device in small size by providing in the same rod a power transmitting clutch means and a cam actuating a selecting means of pitch change driving hydraulic power source, in case of the captioned propeller pitch variable device. CONSTITUTION:A clutch cam 6 is secured to a rod 5 turned and slided in the axial direction by a lever not shown, and the point end forms a spline 6b slidably mounting a can plate 7. While the clutch cam 6 forms in its central part a cam surface 6b adapting a clutch pin 4c of a dog clutch 4. And moving this cam plate 7 by the clutch cam 6, a spool 20 in a hydraulic cylinder 23 is driven changing a pitch of a propeller 32. While by moving the clutch pin 4c, the dog clutch 4 is actuated. By this constitution, a structure can be compactly formed. |
