发明名称 DIELECTRIC CERAMICS COMPOSITION FOR TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the various good electrical characteristics of the ceramics compsn. of a BaO-TiO2-NdO3/2 system at a low calcination temp. by specifying the compsn. of the above- mentioned compsn. and adding specific ratios of MnO and Pb5Ge3O11 as auxiliary components thereto. CONSTITUTION:This dielectric ceramics compsn. for temp. compensation is produced by adding 0 to 0.3wt.% MnO and 2 to 20wt.% Pb5Ge3O11 as the auxiliary components to the essential components consisting of 100 parts in total of 1.0 to 15.0mol% BaO, 50.0 to 67.5mol% TiO2 and 20.0 to 47.5mol% NdO3/2. The electric constant epsilons is small and the temp. coefft. of the dielectric constant increases to a + side if the content of the BaO is below the lower limit. The Q decreases if the content thereof exceeds the upper limit. The sinterability is poor and the epsilons is low if the content of the TiO2 is below the lower limit. The epsilons and Q are small if the content thereof exceeds the upper limit. The Q is small if the content of the NdO3/2 is below the lower limit. The sinterability is poor and the epsilons is low as well if the content thereof exceeds the upper limit. The MnO enhances the insulation resistance and makes the T.C advantageous but the sinterability is poor if the content thereof exceeds the upper limit. Since Pb5Ge3O11 lowers the calcination temp. to <=1200 deg.C, the content thereof is required to be above the lower limit. The sinterability and electrical characteristics are poor if the content thereof exceeds the upper limit.
